CI/CD Pipeline Design
Our CI/CD pipelines are designed for speed, reliability, and developer experience. Build steps are parallelised and cached where possible to minimise time-to-feedback. Automated tests — unit, integration, and end-to-end — run as quality gates before any deployment proceeds. Deployment to staging and production environments is fully automated, with rollback mechanisms that can revert a bad deployment in minutes.
We work with the CI/CD tooling your team prefers — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Buildkite — and design the pipeline to be transparent and easy for your team to modify and extend.
Observability Stack
Our observability implementations cover the three pillars: logs (structured, centralised, and queryable), metrics (application-level and infrastructure-level, with dashboards and alerting), and traces (distributed tracing across service boundaries to diagnose latency and error propagation). We typically implement this using open-source tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki) or managed services depending on your operational preferences.
